Yes. We are currently the only supplier in Belgium that offers diapers that are produced 100% climate neutral.
Our production is completely CO₂-neutral, and we only use FSC-certified raw materials from responsibly managed forests. Our diapers contain no recyclate of unknown origin but consist of raw materials of natural and known origin.
Thanks to the thin design, less material is needed per diaper, which ensures a lower ecological footprint — without compromising on comfort, quality, or absorption.

Because there is no separate waste stream for disposable diapers yet, they are currently processed together with the other residual waste. One residual waste container is therefore sufficient for all waste — which ensures a simple and efficient solution for nurseries.
The diapers and residual waste are taken to a waste-to-energy plant, where they are incinerated. This process generates heat that can be used for electricity or district heating. After incineration, any remaining materials are further processed and recycled where possible.
Although diaper recycling is already being discussed, no diapers are actually recycled today.
At Out Of Diapers, we offer an all-in service: we not only supply our sustainable diapers but also provide waste containers for residual waste and other waste streams such as PMD, paper & cardboard, GFT, and glass. This way, we take the entire waste management out of the hands of the nursery — simple, clear, and efficient.
Should Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg introduce separate waste streams for diapers in the future — for example, with the advent of real diaper recycling — we will also integrate this into our existing waste collection with our partner Afval Alternatief.
